The National Executive Committee is the governing body for the Association:
BCSPA MEETINGS
The Association convenes the Annual General Meeting of branch representatives every year at a location and time determined by the National Executive Committee, not later than six months after the end of the financial year.

The Association has a paid up membership of 4,331 as at 31st March 2024 which is growing steadily with a total of 24 branches around the country, namely Bobirwa, Borolong, Francistown, Gaborone, Kasane, Kanye, Lobatse, Mahalapye, Maun, Maunatlala, Mochudi, Moshupa, Molepolole, Oodi, Palapye, Ramotswa, Selibe Phikwe-Mmadinare, Serowe, Shoshong, Tonota, Tsabong, Pilikwe,Madikwe and Serule.
